What an amazing fall we have experienced – our October sunshine made the September dampness quickly fade in our memories.
Thank You
First, I want to express my sincere gratitude to everyone for their understanding and support while I experienced the process of a knee replacement. My recovery was quite amazing, and I contribute that to the fact that I was able to avoid taking any pharmaceuticals after my release from the hospital.
A second item that I want to clarify is that an unknown hacker was using my contact list to falsely recommend computer links to some people. If I wish to recommend anything to a contact it is only with the individuals’ permission and it would have my trademark signature of “Good Health, Dr. Bill” Send any other messages to the trash. Thank you to the people who made me aware of this intrusion.
Cleanse Yourself with Peppermint Tea
As the weather cools, why not enjoy a nice warm cup of fresh peppermint (mentha piperita) tea? It is a great cleanser for our entire system, and it can strengthen our heart muscles. As a Stomachic it can help relieve the nausea and vomiting often associated with the flu. Ask me for more uses during your next appointment. Ginger (Zangiber officinale) has similar properties and is a great go-to relief if a seasonal cold virus gets past your immune system. A great version of this is the Moroccan Sore Throat Tea. Both soothing and healing, it has been common in the Moroccan culture for hundreds of years. Combine ground ginger, raw honey and lemon juice and enjoy to relieve your sore throat symptoms associated with a common cold.
News About Glyphosates
What are glyphosates? By definition: -noun Chemistry A compound, C3H8NO5P, used to kill a wide range of weeds. According to Mike Adams in his book “Food Forensics– BenBella books Inc. (2016)” it is a derivative of glycine, known more formally as glyphonate or N-(phosphonomethyl) used as a broad- spectrum herbicide.
A recent news report on CTV listed some tested foods (Cheerios to Oreos) that were found to contain residual glyphosate – not surprising considering more than 15 million tons are dumped onto the planet annually by Monsanto. Health Canada suggests that the minute amounts are not harmful, but they have ignored the accumulative effect of ongoing exposure.
An American court agreed with a landscaper that his years of exposure from applying Roundup had caused his cancer. The $286 million awarded has rocked the chemical world. A few days ago, the judgment was confirmed in an appeal, and although the appellate judge reduced the individual settlement, it firmly established that Roundup is a carcinogen. The stock market had a dramatic adverse response to this decision. Bayer stock had a serious decline after the above decision was announced. The capital stock in the German market has seen a €57.7 billion decline in Bayer stock since they acquired Monsanto, and analysts estimate there could be $800 billion in future liabilities.
I’m in the process of researching information on this insidious carcinogen and will be posting my paper on my website www.hardmanacupuncture-tcm.com in the near future.
